These abilities give players a chance to explore each level in a deeper level. Besides, the whole game experience is also improved because of these new abilities. To be specific, players can control Tails and Sonic to reach a much higher place or run in different directions instead of a fixed direction. For example, the helicopter can save Sonic from dropping into an unexpected bottomless pit. Players can explore new areas in different levels. And there are some rewards available after completing those levels. It is really exciting to find the hidden ring and other collectibles. There are so many other collectibles available. So it will take some time to locate all the collectibles. To find all of these collectibles, players have to unlock the achievement one by one. During this process, you may find that some power-ups are just placed in really awkward places. There is a reason to say so because you will wonder why a certain power-up just pops up in front of your eyes unexpectedly when you are totally safe and there is no enemy around you. But you should not drop it anyway. The power-up will be of great help in the upcoming fighting. It feels so good to see the Sonic run along those high walls in the background and lash out enormous energy cannon. And there is no need to worry about that the cute Sonic may get hit since there is an infinite supply of rings which can keep him alive. And if you want to try something spicy, you can just dodge Metal Sonic Attacked and try your best to collect enough number of rings. The shining point of this game is the special stages. Here you will run with Sonic and Tails through three-dimensional tiny tunnels. Besides, you will have to collect enough rings to clear checkpoints. You will find that these tasks are both challenging and entertaining. You will also find other new interesting elements are added to the classic structure.
